London-based DataCash provides merchants with a single interface allowing them to process secure payments both online and offline anywhere in the world along with a range of value-added services using its fraud and risk management solutions.
The contract will see William Hill utilise DataCash’s processing gateway to provide users of its sportsbook and gaming websites through WilliamHill.com with the ability to fund their accounts via a range of credit and debit cards along with an extended range of e-wallets and other alternative deposit options.
’We are delighted to be working with William Hill for the first time,” said Andrew Dark, CEO for DataCash. “This new contract is further endorsement of the scalability, reliability and breadth of the DataCash service and completes our coverage of the largest UK and Irish-based sportsbook and gaming operators. We are particularly excited at the prospect of servicing William Hill’s growing international business by providing overseas gamblers with access to their preferred local payment instruments with which to fund their accounts.”
William Hill revealed that the technical integration process has been accomplished very rapidly and the service is expected to go live later this month. “We selected DataCash after thoroughly researching the market,” said Steven Reid, Internet Director for William Hill.
“We were particularly impressed with the breadth and international nature of the DataCash service, which is required to support our global ambitions. DataCash’s significant investment in infrastructure to future-proof and grow its service together with the company’s clear track record of delivering reliable, on-demand processing scored equally highly in our selection process.”
