"Bob has been a very big part of IGT’s success over the years, and we are pleased that he will remain affiliated with the company through his board activities and duties," said IGT Chairman and CEO TJ Matthews.

Bittman has worked at IGT since 1985 and has served as executive vice president of product strategy since 2003. "I would also like to acknowledge and thank the many friends and colleagues I have worked with in my various IGT roles over the years including our customers, business associates and my fellow board members."
