(Spain).- Garaipen Victoria Apustuak starts operating in Euskadi last week, after having obtained the technical homologation by the Direction of Games and Shows of the Basque Country, last November 12th.

On October 31st, 2007, it was chosen as one of the three companies that was granted the operating license for sportsbooks in this community. Today, it prepares to open its doors in three Basque provinces.
Comprised by Gabascar and 27 businessmen of gambling venues in the Basque Country and its two partners of reference, Codere and William Hill, it will count with more than 50 points of sale to operate in this community by the end of the current year.
Victoria is the only sportsbook brand with license to operate in the two unique autonomous communities in which there is legislation in Spain: Madrid and the Basque Country.
