Shuffle Master announced Departure of President, COO and Secretary
(US).- Shuffle Master announced that its President, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary Paul C. Meyer left the company at the expiration of his current contract on October 31, to pursue other opportunities.

Meyer will be available to the company as a part-time employee for a period of time, but will no longer serve as an officer of the company.
Mark L. Yoseloff, Chairman and CEO commented: "In the five years since Paul joined Shuffle Master, he has been instrumental in a variety of key initiatives that have positioned our company for future growth and success.”
