PokerTek and Lightning Gaming settle legal engagements
(US).- PokerTek and Lightning Gaming reached a mutually agreeable settlement of their legal engagements.

Although the terms of the settlement are confidential, the parties have dropped all present lawsuits between them, including Lightning’s lawsuit alleging patent infringement filed this summer in Federal District Court in New Jersey.
There is no material financial impact to PokerTek as a result of this development. “We’re pleased to put these matters behind us," said Chris Halligan, CEO of PokerTek.
"We’re focused on building a great business at PokerTek," Halligan concluded.
