When analyzing SAGSE offer, one of the highlights is the presence of the most important international companies dedicated to provision and development of casino equipment. Slot manufacturers had, as usual, the biggest development of infraestructure, and for the first time in many years, IGT was present in the event, in part due to the growth of the show in previous editions, so the firm decided to participate in the exhibition with a very big booth at the entrance of the event.
Firms such as Novomatic, Atronic, Aristocrat, Bally, WMS, R. Franco and Unidesa, among many others, caught the attention of visitors with their latest generation slots offer, together with developers of electronic roulettes, as international companies Heal Technology, Alfastreet, Gold Club, or the national firm Selton.
It is also remarkable the important investment in infraestructure proposed by Formanova, doubling its traditional exhibiting space to showcase its wide offer of chairs and casino elements.
To sum up, the big majority of the participating companies, both local and international, continued with the traditional show offered by SAGSE, with big exhibiting spaces and great designs, offering in 20,000 sqm one of the main scenarios for Latin America with regards to exhibitions.
Yesterday, SAGSE authorities also gathered an important group of the sector and brought awards for the women of the activity, minutes before the opening of the second day of the event.
At night, organizers held their traditional party, in which 500 guests enjoyed a great celebration. The Gala started at 10 p.m., and, after a reception, dinner was served. After the opening speech, the delivery of SAGSE Awards 2008 started, and some of the companies awarded were Aristocrat, IGT, Novomatic, Formanova, Casino Club, GLI, Suzo Happ, Gaming Signs, TCS John Huxley, Ed Roberts, Osborne Coinage, Molina International, Latin American Games of Chance Association (ALAJA), with its president, Guillermo Gabella, and Association of Lotteries, Pools and Casinos of Argentina (ALEA).
