Betbull and bwin joint venture granted Madrid Sports betting license

Betbull bwin España (BBE) will now commence a rollout of branded stores and third-party points of sale under the w1nners brand. The new brand was launched last week at the Madrid gaming show, where w1nners demonstrated the betting products and services that will be offered in retail units, including betting on live sports.

BBE has already established a headquarters in Madrid from where all administration and bookmaking services will be provided, and where a management team has been developed over the last six months in preparation for the planned openings.

Commenting on the announcement, Simon Bold, director of Betbull, said: "We are happy to announce the grant of our retail license in Madrid, the company has worked hard to fulfill the requirements of the Madrid Licensing Authority and now feels confident to apply for licenses in other Provinces as and when legislation permits.
