TCS John Huxley inaugurates offices in Costa Rica

Regulations recently announced and implemented for local casino business were approved by the company, which considers that the transparency in this activity is important.

“We have licenses to manufacture table games, machines to classify chips, blackjack poker and roulette tables, security systems and equipment related to this industry in US, Europe and Australia, and our customers are very stable”, assured David Charnock, Vice-President of Sales of TCS John Huxley for Central and South America.

According to the representative, Costa Rica has a consolidated international reputation in democracy and stability, factors that motivated the arrival of the firm. In the process, they received the counseling services of Arkade Business Center. Among the plans of the company, they have to establish, in the medium-term, a plant in the country in order to manufacture machines and products locally.

Up to the moment, they selection of personnel for the sales team will be developed. In Buenos Aires, the company also counts with a representative to support this place. In Costa Rica an evaluation is being made in order to determine in which free-trade zone to install their business, added Charnock.

So far, the company is installed in Arkade Business Center offices, in Plaza Obelisco, Escazú. TCS John Huxley has 30 years in the market and the head office is based in London. A hundred and fifty people work for the firm, dedicated to manufacture custom made table games, according to the needs of each customer with regards to design and décor.
