Laos to open first hotel casino complex

(Laos).- Laos' first casino is to be opened on the border with Thailand in Savannakhet. The complex will include a casino, a five-star hotel with 160 rooms, restaurants, an amusement park, an aqua-park and a traditional spa service centre.

Malaysia, Myanmar and Cambodia have all built similar facilities. The latest venture in Laos is expected to open in November.
