(Cyprus).- WagerLogic Limited has received international acclaim for its customer service excellence - winning top honors in three categories at the prestigious ContactCenterWorld.com’;s Top Performers Conference in London.

The Cyprus-based company, which licenses Internet gaming software to many of the world’s top entertainment brands, earned the gold medal for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in three major categories: Best Contact Center Under 50 seats, Best Customer Service Agent, and Best Recruitment Campaign. WagerLogic will go on to compete in these categories at the world finals in Las Vegas later this year.

The Best Contact Center Under 50 Seats Award is given to the center that can focus on staff at all levels, demonstrate a commitment to the customer and ensure that the performance and objectives of the contact center are in line with the organization’s goals.

The Best Customer Service Agent Award is given to the Contact Center Service Agent that can demonstrate best in class service excellence and a commitment to the organization. Besides, the Best Recruitment Campaign Award is given to the most successful, innovative and results-oriented recruitment campaign.

WagerLogic employees also earned acclaim in the competition, with Highly Commended Certificates in the following categories: Best Customer Service Agent, Best Contact Center Leader, Best Contact Center Supervisor and Best Contact Center Trainer.
