IGT completes acquisition of Cyberview Technology
(US).- International Game Technology announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, IGT, has completed the previously announced purchase of substantially all of the assets of Cyberview Technology.

In addition, IGT said that it has executed the also previously announced license agreement with Cyberview. That agreement provides IGT access to certain Cyberview patents and technology not included in the asset purchase.
International Game Technology is a global company specializing in the design, development, manufacturing and sales of computerized gaming machines and network system products.
The acquisition was approved by Cyberview’s shareholder on July 4.
