Monografie resigned its position in the Argentine Chamber of the Games of Chance Industry

In an open letter released last Thursday to the media and the Board of Directors of the Chamber of the Games of Chance Industry, president of Monografie S.A. assured: “From now on, I resign to my position as Treasurer and Founding Member of CAIJA”.

“The reason of such decision is based in the fact that the Board of Directors, headed by Daniel Gallimberti, proposed and then approved a measure that is detrimental to Monografíe S.A., which infringes all the aims of this entity, which are cited in article 3º Paragraph "h" of its Statute ”Assure the strict compliance, by all its associates, of all the ethical norms that regulate the industrial and commercial activities of the sector” and in its Ethical and Behavioral Code, approved by the Ordinary General Assembly, held on October 10, 2006”, points Gennari in his letter.

“This situation - adds head of Monografie and organizer of SAGSE Buenos Aires and SAGSE Panama- involves an act of disloyal competence, which represents an offence against ethical, moral and material rights with regards to me and mi organization, will surely be unfavorable and unproductive for the growth of CAIJA, generating such attitude a great discomfort among the rest of the partners, respectful of the aims of such institution. For such reasons, I will notify such offence before the General Inspection of Justice, and I will also take all the corresponding measures to protect my own rights and those of Monografie”.

This way, differences between the current board of directors of CAIJA and organizers of Buenos Aires event are deeper, because CAIJA directors recently announced that a new event will be organized in the city, which would gather its associates and probably companies invited to participate in the event that would be held in the same dates as SAGSE.
