DEQ names new Chairman and issues stock options

He is currently serving as the Principal Director of National Gaming Development Group which develops casino projects on a global level. Previous positions held include Vice President Table Games, Foxwoods Resort Casino, CEO Genting Casino Strategy Firm and CEO Adelaide Casino, South Australia. Telesmanic's academic background includes undergraduate studies in Administration from Santa Clara University as well as extensive formal training Casino Management and Operations.

Other Board of Director appointments include: Hervé Eschasseriau, Director and President of the Governance Committee and Marcel Lachance, Director and President of the Audit Committee.

As well, the company issued 225,000 stock options in accordance with the stock option plan of the Corporation to the three new directors elected at the annual shareholders' meeting on May 28th 2008.

Each of the three new board members (Mike Telesmanic, Alexandre Lattes and Herve Eschasseriau) has been granted 75,000 stock options, for a total of 225,000 stock options. Each option will confer to its holder the right to subscribe one common share of DEQ Systems Corp. at an exercise price of one dollar twenty two cents per share. Stock options are fully vested as of the date of grant.
