Besides, they assure that the project is working properly, but the inauguration will be delayed between two and four months because they still do not have all the necessary land for the complex.

Nowadays, they have1,700 of the 2,000 hectares in which the leisure park and casinos will be constructed. The price of the land is between 6,000 and 9,000 euros per hectare, a lower price compared to the price asked at the beginning.

DGA Vice president, José Ángel Biel, assured that it would be inaugurated after the Exhibition. However, 300 hectares are still pending, which are essential for the project to start and there is still no agreement or commitment. In this point, promoters and the government of Aragon disagree. DGA assures that it will not expropriate those 300 hectares until the partners of the society which promotes the development has not paid the other 1,700 hectares, while they said that, before paying, they want to be sure that they will be able to have all the land.

Nowadays, International Leisure Development (ILD), the society that promotes Gran Scala, has announced that it will soon inform the autonomous government with a 20 million euros guarantee, which at last has been obtained from a banking entity, according to one of the heads of the consortium, Sébastien Tranchant.
