The gaming company said under the terms of deal the new poker rooms will utilise the Playtech platform and become part of the iPoker network of which operating subsidiary ESL is already a part.
The company said it will launch the first of the two poker rooms through ESL in April 2008 to be called Dirty Stack Poker.
The second poker room will follow shortly, giving Fortune Bid Holdings two distinct poker sites appealing to two different types of poker players, it added.
