Following a period of due diligence and pre-production, Jadestone has been awarded a multi-year contract to develop new game products for Betfair, which operates betting exchanges and an online casino and poker room. The first consumer product to be brought to market from this cooperation will arrive in Q2 2008.

“Betfair is one of the largest and most trusted eGaming brands in the world and is synonymous with innovation,” said Robert Henrysson, the CEO of Jadestone.

“It has a large and loyal customer base and continually enhances its content and its service in support of its customers. We are very proud and excited to be working with Betfair on new game production and we are confident that Betfair customers will be wowed by the games that we jointly bring to market later this year,” Henrysson.

Steve Ives, Managing Director of Betfair Games, commented: “Jadestone is a young and creative games company that has experience in both the e-gaming and casual games spheres. It approaches new game development with this combined understanding and the results are very exciting. We are pleased to have selected Jadestone to produce brand new e-gaming propositions and so far the cooperation has been excellent.”
