eCOGRA's compliance and advisory services staff were carrying out an onsite review of the operations of the sites as part of their normal seal renewal process. The audit however revealed failures in compliance with eCOGRA's Generally Accepted Practices at all the casino sites.

I Big Casino, Challenge, Golden Reef, Music Hall, Nostalgia and UK Casino Club, all members of Casino Action, were affected.

Arctic Poker, also a part of Casino Action, has had its certificate revoked, as the time by which it should have been renewed has expired.

eCOGRA's Generally Accepted Practices set out requirements to ensure that players are playing games that are fair and honest, and also make provisions relating to the safety of players' deposits and payouts.
