He is a fifteen-year veteran of the gaming industry. During that time he has held system development positions with the Seminole Tribe of Florida, GameLogic, Foxwoods Resort Casino, International Game Technology and SyCo Development Corporation. While working with IGT and SyCo, Tower was one of the principal developers of the IGS casino management system. For the last five years Tower has been the driving force behind GSA's XML based standards.

GSA President Peter DeRaedt said: “Ethan has been an integral and invaluable part of the S2S team for years, and neither GSA nor the S2S protocol would be where they are today without his constant dedication. Now, as GSA prepares for the rapidly expanding and highly technical future of gaming, it makes sense to bring Ethan onto the team in a permanent staff capacity, and we are thrilled to welcome him.”
