In order to drive more traffic and to create an all-encompassing igaming event

While preserving existing dynamics, Clarion Gaming responded to EiG attendee feedback by creating a spacious and comfortable networking lounge and bespoke seminar theatre. Available to everyone who is registered, the new Affiliate Zone will engage participants with affiliates, affiliate programs and their related services.

Speaking about the Zone, Calvin Ayre, CEO of Bodog commented: "The Affiliate Zone concept is an excellent idea for EiG. Affiliates are becoming increasingly important and I am pleased that Clarion Gaming is working on this addition, as I think it will help increase traffic to the exhibition by appealing to senior management’s focus on acquiring and retaining new players."

The purpose of the Affiliate Zone is two-fold: to drive more traffic and to create an all-encompassing igaming event. Clarion Gaming believes the zone will boost the already impressive 1200 or more attendees. It will also give operators a renewed impetus, as established companies shift their business focus to searching for new cost-effective methods of acquiring and retaining customers.

All EiG delegates will find new features in the Affiliate Zone created specifically to meet their needs. The Affiliate Zone Networking Lounge will be a comfortable place to relax, have meetings, and gain contacts. With access to the Expo bar, the area will have plenty of seating areas available with wireless capabilities all designed to enhance the networking experience for all attendees and provide everything they need under one roof.

In addition, the Affiliate Zone Seminar Theatre will hold a dedicated two-day conference with topics tightly focused on affiliate marketing needs. The full conference program will be announced later in 2008, following extensive research to ensure the most relevant topics and most sought-after speakers are chosen. The Gambling Portal Webmasters Association (GPWA) has confirmed it will be involved in the programme as a speaker, and will also provide guidance with conference topics as an affiliate representative.

The addition of the Affiliate Zone will make EiG the only conference in the world to cover all aspects of the i-Gaming industry, including jurisdictional legal challenges, marketing innovation, business development, payments, fraud and security, poker, bingo, skill gaming, sports betting and much more.
