The existing casino would be razed to the ground in order to give way to a complex which will include a bigger gambling establishment, theme restaurants, a theatre with more than 1000 seats, offices and a 5-star luxury hotel of 80 rooms, as well as underground parkings. This concept is strongly reminiscent of the group's casinos located in France, like the one at Aix-en-Provence, Saint-Amand-les-Eaux or Le Havre.

Works could start in 8 or 9 months. Groupe Partouche expects to open this new establishment in 2010. It should create 90 jobs. The group also owns two other casinos in Belgium, namely, Kursaal d'Oostende and the casino of Knokke-le-Zoute.
