PartyGaming acquires two companies
(UK).- PartyGaming is expanding its online casino operations with the $66.3 million acquisition of online casino groups Empire Online and Intercontinental Online Gaming.PartyGaming will fund the purchase with a share issue.

The Empire deal will give PartyGaming control of the Noble Poker and Club Dice online casinos, and the company will get Casino Las Vegas and Fair Poker from Intercontinental. PartyGaming expects the two new acquisitions to bring in more than us$ 8 million in revenue in 2007.
The Empire staff will join PartyGaming and participate in a us$ 10 million share incentive plan as part of the deal.
