The operating license of the Argentine Palermo horse racetrack expanded
The decree number 1851/2007, published last December 31st in the Official Bulletin, determines the payment of a fee, the commitment to perform new developments and the compliance of the race program.
It also points that it is convenient to boost the extension demanded by the operating company. To the initial 25-year deadline, they will add ten years with the possibility of a five-year expansion, according to the criteria of the National Lottery and the compliance of different conditions.
The first condition is that the Argentine Palermo horse racetrack is forced to give up with the claim made to the National Lottery, as well as to any other legal or administrative petition.
Besides, the license will have to replace the current bet totalizer for another state-of -the-art one. Finally, the operating company should commit to recycle the "Paddok", in accordance to to the rest of the constructions of the facility.
