The distribution agreement has a three year term and includes minimum royalties payable on a quarterly basis throughout the term of the agreement. The total minimum royalties for the term of the agreement are set at us$ 525,000. The distribution agreement also allows Ten Stix to install DEQ’s G3 on its proprietary table games such as Baccarat Plus and Hold’em Plus in the United States.

"We are pleased to welcome Ten Stix to our distribution channel", says Earle G. Hall, President and CEO of DEQ. "These two new product lines are very promising and Ten Stix’s leadership to contractually and financially commit to distribute them clearly demonstrates their commitment to the commercialization of these products in the United States."

The Eztrak is offered in two versions: the Eztrak: Baccarat Edition system can be installed on any baccarat table game, including EZ Baccarat, the no commission version of the game. The Eztrak: Blackjack Edition system can be installed on any blackjack table. Ezante is an electronic collection fee system that automatically deducts the player’s ante fee at the beginning of each round of play
