Cooley is a national law firm with deep experience representing Fortune 500 companies in high-profile complex commercial, white collar crime, securities fraud, intellectual property and anti-trust cases.

Russel McMeekin, President and CEO for the company, stated: "With a team comprised of several former members of the FTC, we believe that the retention of Cooley Godward Kronish LLP will best represent the company’s - and our shareholders’ - interests as this matter moves through the appeal process.”

“Cooley’s track record of success on behalf of clients involved in sophisticated and highly complicated anti-trust and intellectual property disputes provides us with confidence that Progressive Gaming is in the strongest possible position to appeal this matter successfully. As previously noted, it is Progressive’s intention to devote all of the necessary legal and financial resources to pursue a favorable outcome in this matter through the appellate process," McMeekin added.
