Sportingbet starts to operate online bets in Brazil
Sportingbet already counts with games of Series A, B and C of the Brazilian Champions League available for bets.
The webpage, which is located in London, offers service and entertainment in 27 countries, including Australia, US, Italy and Portugal and is expanding bets in Central and South America and in Asia as well.
According to the businessman, the company made a legal collection with Brazilian and English lawyers and there is no law that bans the Internet betting system. On the betting scandal for the Brazilian Championship in 2005, affirmed there is no risk it happens with Sportingbet, because it is a company with shareholders in London Stock Market.
“There is a control in order to avoid frauds with high bets. If we discover something illegal, the event bet is cancelled and we give the money back to the bettors”, Keane affirmed.
Sportingbet already counts with games of Series A, B and C from the Brazilian Championship for the bets, with are individual. On top of sports, the site has bets for political elections, cinema tickets, besides casino games.
