Definite closure of casinos, bingo halls and lotteries planned in Venezuela
(Venezuela).- A bill which would be presented and immediately approved in the National Assembly next year, considers the definitive closure of betting centers, bingos and different lotteries that operate in the country.

With the approval of the legal reform, the Seniat says that “It would be possible to take measures against usury and other practices such as games of chance. The reform would end with this practices that combine business with entertainment”.
So far, Seniat activities had been limited to the operation of these venues, and yesterday it iniciated an inspection as well as the closure of bingo halls and companies in charge of the support of lotteries, within the evasion plan called “Plan Evasión Cero”.
