The inaugural G2E Leadership Academy will be held November 12-13, 2007 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, adjacent to the G2E Training & Development Institute November 12 and G2E November 13-15.

"As the gaming industry continues to grow and prosper, it is imperative that we foster the development of educated, skilled professionals who are well-prepared to become the next leaders of the global gaming industry," said Frank J. Fahrenkopf, Jr., President and CEO of the American Gaming Association.

"G2E recognized this important need within the industry and so created the G2E Leadership Academy to provide a specialized training opportunity where aspiring executives can gain the knowledge and resources they need to become successful leaders in the gaming industry today."

G2E Leadership Academy was created in partnership with the TRACOM Group, a leading workplace performance company known for its original development of the well-known Social Style Model for creating effective interpersonal relationships.

TRACOM Group designed the program for the conference, which will feature an intensive day and a half of sessions focused on identifying, building and practicing leadership skills such as interpersonal leadership and managing employees for increased performance.

Attendees will receive one-on-one training from TRACOM's experienced workplace performance professionals. In addition, G2E Leadership Academy attendees will have the opportunity to hear first-hand from one of today's industry leaders about how to be a successful manager in the gaming industry during the November 12 keynote luncheon.
