The scheme, led by Managing Director Andrew Poole, aims to provide training services for operator staff involved with problem gambling activities.
GamCare said it had partnered with software consultancy Absolutely Training for GTS, after having already produced courses together that include problem gambling and social responsibility and the skill required in working with problem gambling.
