GLI International and GLI Europe are first labs provisionally approved by UK Gambling Commission

GLI's Director of Engineering and Client Services Ian Hughes said: “This is an important step forward, for GLI, GLI Europe and the emerging UK gaming market. As the UK continues down the gaming path, GLI is committed to working closely with and lending our expertise to the Gambling Commission and suppliers well into the future.”

GLI Europe's General Manager Peter Cercone said: “We have been preparing for the UK market for the last 12 months and are pleased to be the first test house to be provisionally approved by the Gambling Commission.”

“We have increased our engineering resources to cope with the additional work load and look forward to further developing our relationships with the UK AWP and Casino Suppliers. We also look forward to working closely with the Gambling Commission as the technical requirements for all categories are phased into the market,” Cercone added.

Gaming Laboratories International currently operates wholly owned and fully staffed gaming test laboratories in Lakewood, Golden, Las Vegas; GLI Europe, B.V. in Hillegom, The Netherlands; GLI Africa in Pretoria, South Africa; GLI Italia, in Bologna, Italy and GLI Asia, Macau, China. Gaming Laboratories Australia operates fully accredited test laboratories in Sydney and Adelaide under license to GLI, which is the only laboratory, public or private, that maintains ISO 17025 Accreditation at all of its testing laboratory locations.
