FutureLogic responds to the TransAct claim
(US).- FutureLogic, Inc., the manufacturer of thermal printers for the gaming, parking, POS, medical and agricultural industries, responded today to the filings on June 12, 2007 by TransAct Technologies Incorporated.

“The new filings by TransAct are a continuation of the disputes that have existed in Federal Court between the two companies for some time now. We believe that this most recent action will result in no interruption in the sales or shipments of FutureLogic's award-winning GEN2 printers” said John Hilbert, Futurelogic's VP of Systems Development and Intellectual Property.
“The industry can be assured that FutureLogic will defend this matter vigorously, including exploring all legal rights and remedies available to us to protect our products, technology, brand and our customers' interests,” Hilbert added.
