The Moon Palace Casino, Golf and Spa Resort in Punta Cana, currently under construction, will be home to 1,743 well-appointed rooms complete with double-Jacuzzis and romantic balconies. Each room will feature magnificent views, luxurious Farouk bath amenities and a fully stocked in-room liquor dispenser.

The property will also be home to nine large outdoor pools, a full casino, eight distinct restaurants featuring Mexican, American, Italian, Oriental, Thai, Caribbean and Brazilian cuisine, six bars each featuring a different theme, a theater with nightly productions, a luxurious spa and a disco

It will also feature a top of-the-line convention center with more than 5,574 sqm of meeting space that is divisible into 32 sections through the use of the facilities ballroom. The convention center will feature individual lighting, audio controls, wireless Internet, digital display boards and air conditioning that can be customized for all of the meeting rooms.

The first phase is currently slated to open in late 2007, followed soon after by phase two in 2008. Opening dates are subject to change.
