Mexican CIE received permission to open 20 new betting centers

Until now, CIE, through the Administradora Mexicana del Hipódromo (Racetrack Mexican Administrator) had permission of the Secretary Government to operate 45 venues in the Mexican gambling market, which leads with rival local company Caliente.
With this extension, CIE's permission equals the one given in 2005 to the local giant media group Televisa to open 65 betting venues, in its attempt to diversify its income sources.
Up to the moment, Televisa, under the PlayCity brand, has only opened 8 bingo halls, but it plans to inaugurate more venues in the upcoming years.
