The first draws took place at the end of April 2007. The Randomaker Graphics System works by combining TV pictures of a live draw from a traditional ball machine with imaginative number animations and creative, high quality 3D graphics and video. The entire show is output in real time through the system, thereby avoiding the need for an expensive TV studio and set, TV equipment and personnel.
This system is a uniquely flexible and cost effective animation solution that brings broadcast quality television graphics and video to TV lottery draws for the first time. It is simple to operate, with a proven, user-friendly operator interface. The system is fully auditable and secure.
It is powered by sister company G-Graphics' core graphics software, itself proven in thousands of TV shows worldwide including Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Deal or No Deal and 1 v 100.
The system can be combined with automated random number generators as well as with mechanical ball draw machines and can easily be configured for any new graphics, promotions and games. In Guatemala, all future lottery games will be drawn on TV through the system.
Robert Vazquez, Supreme Gaming Ltd CEO said: “We are delighted with the Randomaker system. It's enabled us to combine conventional ball draws with a high quality TV show that ties into our advertising and communication campaigns. And we've saved significantly on TV costs and personnel."
