Under the agreement, Partouche Group properties will be able to offer their customers efficient credit card cash advance transactions - from GCA’s in-casino QuikCash kiosks, as well as from cashiers. Cashiers will benefit from GCA’s QuikCash Plus Web browser, which streamlines and speeds transactions and improves customer service.
GCA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Cash Access Holdings. It provides over 1,000 casinos and other gaming properties around the world with a range of cash access products and services that help patrons gain more convenient access to cash - and enable properties to better serve, understand, attract and retain their customers.
"We’re delighted to be able to help Partouche deliver exceptional convenience and service to its customers and potentially enhance its business volume and efficiency," said Scott Dowty, GCA’s senior vice president in charge of international business. The agreement represents an important part of GCA’s international strategy, he added.
Earlier this year, GCA signed agreements with the following European properties: Casino De Namur, Namur, Belgium; Casino Middelkerke, Middelkerke, Belgium; Casino Blankenberge, Blankenberge, Belgium; Casino de Spa, Spa, Belgium; Stanley Circus, Nottingham; and Casino at the Empire, West End, London.
