Enjoy obtains a us$ 54 million financing for its new project in Chile
The Managing and Financial Manager of Enjoy, Valentín Schwartz, pointed that the credit was structured under the Project Finance mode, with a 15-year deadline plus the construction period. “We are satisfied due to the high interest showed by the banks, which ratifies the confidence in the project, the experience, reliability and strenght of Enjoy as the main operator in the industry”, said Schwartz.
Enjoy Antofagasta belongs to a society formed in a 75% by Enjoy, the main casino operator of the country, and a 25% by prestigious Chilean businessman, Iván Simunovic Petricio.
The project contemplates to build more than 35,000 sqm near Huachaca ruins, which will be recovered through a organization called Huachaca, formed thanks to the initial funding of Enjoy.
Enjoy Antofagasta is an integral project that features a modern casino, a five-star hotel, a convention center, five gourmet restaurants, pubs, disco, spa, swimming pools, museum, etc.
