PGI reiterated its position regarding litigation and financial strength

As mentioned in previous disclosures, Progressive Gaming International does not expect any cash disbursements in fiscal 2007 related to the previously disclosed Webb litigation, other than normal legal defense costs, and believes it will prevail in its post trial motions in the case. Accordingly, the company’s financial outlook remains unchanged.

The media items published specific excerpts related to the Company’s risk factors disclosed in its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2006.
