“This initiative is an important milestone in the Expo's 16 year history, as industry representative Associations in Australia and New Zealand are uniting to present the AGE Conference.” said Ross Ferrar, Executive Officer, Australasian Gaming Machine Manufacturers Association (AGMMA), which hosts and operates the AGE. “We believe that the conference component will add colour, atmosphere, and undoubtedly an invaluable learning aspect to the event.”

The AGE conference, to be held the mornings of Sunday August 19 and Monday August 20 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, is a result of the co-operative efforts of the major Australasian trade bodies.

Ferrar added that a quality conference will no doubt reinforce the AGE as a world class gaming event. “Exhibitors and industry representatives are looking forward to the conference to enhance the learning and networking value of the AGE for all participants, exhibitors and delegates.”

The trade exhibition is shaping up as the best ever, with AGMMA's seven members alone indicating their intention to feature their products and services over a record 4,000 square metres of exhibition space.
