Siumunovic also said that they have a local company performing the excavations and that in the following days they will define the firm that will build the casino as well. Besides, he remarked that Enjoy plans to inaugurate its integral project several months before the conclusion of the deadline set by Casino Superintendence.
“The idea is that, in May 2008, we will have finished the casino, the hotel and the refurbishment project of Ruinas de Huanchaca, which will be executed by an entity we are currently creating”, commented.
Besides, the Resolution Council of the Casino Superintendence agreed to reject the revision resourse presented last November by Fischer-Abaroa group due to the granting of a casino license in the city of Calama. With this measure, the entity sostained the decision adopted in August 2006, when it granted (unanimously) such license to Latin Gaming group.
In the resource, society Fischer-Abaroa demanded to leave the casino tender void considering that it was not legal because they were the only ones who had obtained a favourable pronouncement from Calama council during the evaluation stage.
