The office is GCA’s first outside of the US with full-time staff and product
demonstration capabilities. It currently serves three gaming facilities in the region, and expects that number to grow as the market continues to develop. Seven casinos are currently under construction in Macau and nearby destinations.
"Macau has quickly become one of the world’s most important and dynamic gaming markets, so it makes sense for us to have an even stronger presence there," said Scott Dowty, senior vice president, international business of GCA. "Our suite of products and services for casino operators is unsurpassed, and this new office reinforces GCA’s round-the-clock service commitment to our current and prospective clients in Macau and the Asia-Pacific region."
Through GCA, casino patrons have improved access to cash, and casinos better understand and service their patrons through an array of GCA-powered marketing applications, Dowty said.
GCA offers Macau casinos advanced ATM technology, cashless gaming products, information services and marketing services.
