AT Virtual Expo, a 3D virtual fair, will be held on September 9, 10 and 11. It will offer the most complete variety of contents: exhibition in stands with branding and links, academy of the highest level with Masterclasses by Totally Gaming Academy, Corporate Conferences, Business Roundtable focused on the most attractive markets in Latin America and special networking and B2C events.

The robust platform has technical characteristics that achieve surprising virtual reality. Stands equipped with functions for visitor interaction with the exhibitor through various channels, avatars with autonomous mobility and expression of emotions, analytical access metrics, and permanent technical assistance. Multiple rooms and auditoriums also allow simultaneous academic and commercial sessions.

Interested companies can take an interactive tour to learn about the virtual reality offered by the platform. Once registered in the email [email protected] they will be included in the agenda that will be scheduled every Friday at 9:00 Colombian time. They will receive a username and password to join the group of visitors and personally experience the functions and scope of the platform.

Exhibition pavilions

The virtual exhibition will have stand pavilions grouped into the various gambling verticals:

• Equipment for land-based (slots, roulettes, wallets, chairs, game tables, etc.).
• Providers of Sports Betting platforms, Virtual Betting and Affiliations.
• Live and Online Casino content providers.
• E-Sports and Novel Games content providers.
• Lotteries and Online Poker.
• Technology and Software Developers.
• Biosecurity for casinos (disinfection of environments, signage, acrylic dividers,
dispensers, antibacterial, mouth covers, portable sinks, packaged and sterilized food and
beverages).

The organization has started marketing and sales with a detailed Media Kit that is reaching both those who have expressed interest in the event and traditional clients of Gaming & Technology Expo, formerly FADJA.

Academic Section

Totally Gaming Academy

TGA, the academic institute of Clarion Gaming, will deliver Virtual Masterclasses in Spanish on Online Sportsbook Management, Live and Online Casino Management and Casino Management (Land Based). Renowned professors will share experiences with operators in Latin America. The Masterclasses will take place during the three days of the fair, one per day. Following is a schedule of conferences:

  • September 9: Online Sports Betting Management by Hugo Llanos.
  • September 10: Fundamentals of Online Gambling by Sebastián Perrier.
  • September 11: Casino Management (land based) by Francisco Vidal.

Corporate Conferences

Companies that want to participate in the fair, whether they are exhibitors or not, have the opportunity to have a very versatile space to offer a webinar to their clients and even their employees. It allows brands to present highly valuable products or academic content; they can use this option to invite key customers or make private and exclusive launches for a selected group.

Latin America Business Round

These are meetings of 30 min each, led by expert lawyers in the markets of Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, the Caribbean and Central America. Through the business round, contact is promoted between entrepreneurs, institutions and organizations that wish to establish commercial relationships, either to conduct business or to create strategic alliances.

Ana María Padrós, Academic Director and strategic ally of the fair, affirms: “We will achieve the goal of making GAT VIRTUAL EXPO a complete event for the gaming industry in Latin America, developed by a selection of the best professionals in the sector, who make sure attendees are satisfied closing businesses, training with one of the best schools in the world and getting valuable information on high potential markets in the region.” The organization has reached alliances that will allow a broad call and participation of exhibitors and visitors from anywhere in the world: Totally Gaming Academy, Team Seven, Fecoljuegos, Games Magazine Brasil, Soluest, Penta Marketing Agency, Fedesoft and Fenaseo, among others.

José Aníbal Aguirre, CEO of 3A Producciones, organizing company, states: “In the definition of the dates for GAT VIRTUAL EXPO, in the second week of September, we have taken into account recommendations from associations in Colombia, manufacturers and operators. Exhibitors will be able to present, at that time, the portfolio of their products and services for the final quarter of the year and project their sales towards 2021, according to the evolution of the current situation. Digital is here to stay. We know that the industry requires spaces like this to project its future and find new business opportunities. I wish to express my solidarity and support to the great family of this wonderful industry that in times of change remains united and innovates.”
