The technology solution provider said it has initiated several business continuity processes which will ensure that irrespective of the severity of the virus, the firm can continue meeting its business objectives.

India-based Skilrock Technologies said Thursday that as the global health crisis deepens on account of the rapidly spreading COVID-19 virus, it has become imperative to undertake unprecedented measures to safeguard the interests of its clients, their sales channels and employees.

"Indian government has taken several positive steps to restrict the virus blowout which seems to have helped contain the spread so far. Our policies at Skilrock are fully aligned with the government directives which we are monitoring thoroughly using our newly created internal BCP cell," the company said.

Skilrock informed it has initiated several business continuity processes which will ensure that irrespective of the severity of the virus, the firm can continue meeting its business objectives towards Uptime, Deliveries, Customer Support and Advisory while actively monitoring all its obligations towards its own employees.

For the business continuity, Skilrock is ensuring:

  • Technical and Support Teams are available as usual with better tools and facilities.
  • All key Technical members and Support staff have remote access facilities which they continue to use to support all clients, even in odd hours.
  • Additional measures not only to ensure that its staff members stay healthy, but also to provide any required support to its clients.
  • Continuing to adhere to the timelines of all planned deliveries.
