puesta Total is a wholly Peruvian company that operates sports betting since 2015. It is mostly focused on retail, though it has also developed the online segment. A month ago, its CEO and General Manager announced they had opened its 350th shop. The number has now reached 400.
Apuesta Total customers will have access to play Bingo games in every store, or from mobile or tablets, simply by reading the QR code printed on their cards.
"We are very happy because we have been working for a long time to accomplish this. We aim to have 400 shops by the end of the year and we will. I wanted to share this with the public as an accomplishment worth highlighting," Pérez told Yogonet during SAGSE, where the sports betting and online gaming verticals took center stage.
“We are very satisfied with the results of the launch of Bingo Total, these have exceeded all our expectations and allows us to offer our customers a different alternative to consolidated products, with this we hope to expand our customer base, since it is a simple but entertaining product that does not require deep knowledge, as in the case of sports betting, he added." Something that made us go for END 2 END is the technology they use and the fast attention to our requirements because it is always necessary to “tropicalize” the product according to each region."
Pérez, who is a member of the Board of Directors of APADELA a sports betting and online gambling trade association in Peru, pointed out something interesting: every time they open a betting shop, people register online, so online gambling and retail sales grow hand in hand.
Sports betting is, of course, subject to the occurrence of sporting events. That is why Apuesta Total is seeking to expand its gaming portfolio. The company’s upcoming launch, Bingo Total, was created in partnership with End 2 End: "We will begin with our biggest shops and then continue at a national level and via the Internet. Our expectations are high. This product is a perfect option for users who look for entertainment options at our betting points when there are no live sports," he explained. A sports betting lottery and two other products are among the company’s planned launches for 2020.
As part of its plan to maximize revenues from the 376 sports betting shops it operates, the company has closed a deal with KasNet, a financial transactions company. "We currently offer this service in 70 shops. The public has responded well, so we want to generate more traffic, and once there, the user has the option to bet, play bingo or buy any products available," Pérez explained.
Alejandro Revich, CEO and founder of END 2 END added: "We are delighted to provide our content to an operator of the importance of Apuesta Total, with a great physical presence throughout Peru. Bingo Total is a product that was designed to meet the needs of Apuesta Total customers. The beginning has been very promising, and we hope shortly, to be able to add new features and also the online version."
