Frank Fahrenkopf, BMM's Non-Executive Director, will be featured on a panel discussion on the 20th anniversary of the National Gambling Impact Study Commission.

MM Testlabs is a Bronze Sponsor in support of the 20th Annual National Center for Responsible Gaming Conference on Gambling and Addiction, to be held on October 13-14, 2019.

The National Center for Responsible Gaming (NCRG) is the only national organization exclusively devoted to funding scientific research and education that will help increase understanding of gambling disorder and find effective methods of prevention and treatment for the disorder.

BMM’s Chief of Staff Wendy Anderson commented: "BMM is a socially responsible company and has always been at the forefront of educating the industry on issues from skill-based gaming, to sports betting, to forensics, to responsible gaming and beyond. Frank Fahrenkopf, BMM's Non-Executive Director will be featured on a panel discussion at the NCRG Conference on Gambling and Addiction. From 2:30 to 3:45 p.m., titled “20th Anniversary of the National Gambling Impact Study Commission,” the panel will also have Katherine Spilde, PhD, MBA, San Diego State University; Christine Reilly, National Center for Responsible Gaming; and Roger Gros, Global Gaming Business.

The National Gambling Impact Study Commission was charged by Congress with "a very broad and difficult task-to conduct a comprehensive legal and factual study of the social and economic implications of gambling in the United States." The commission issued its report in 1999. This panel will reflect on the impact of the report on the gambling landscape after 20 years.
