Ahead of the upcoming Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas, a spokesperson for the company shared with Yogonet the products BetConstruct is planning to unveil at the show. Taking center stage will be their innovative gaming assistant Hoory, as well as the new products Predictor and Sweepstake.

Which products is BetConstruct planning to exhibit at G2E Las Vegas?

We have two new products to reveal: Predictor, a game which allows players to predict the outcome of sporting events, and Sweepstake, a contest-type game tied to sports. It goes without saying that our award-winning Sportsbook and Esports will be demonstrated at G2E Vegas. We will also talk about our Fantasy Sports, Social Gaming and our innovative gaming assistant Hoory.

What can both operators and players alike expect to see from the company in terms of product development?

As a company active in multiple markets around the world, we provide everything the operator needs to succeed in their region of choice or worldwide, always improving our offerings and adapting them to every market. As for now, the most innovative experience that we bring to both operators and players, is our voice-activated gaming assistant Hoory. By recognizing the user's voice Hoory interprets commands and performs the requested actions. Primarily, virtual assistant Hoory was created to deliver a hands-free betting experience. A simple command is enough to take a user to sportsbook, even show the forthcoming matches of a chosen team and their latest statistical data. Currently, Hoory understands 100+ commands and this number is growing.

What are the company’s expectations for Hoory at the show? Can you tell us about the feedback this product has received since its launch a month ago?

AI boosted personal assistants are a rather lucrative niche today. Our Hoory is one-of-a-kind offering in the market and we expect to impress the audience of expo this year and suggest our visitors test Hoory at our Stand 4818. So far, we received good feedback from our partners, who are still in line for this solution, because our gaming assistant runs on beta version. Once, the complete and perfected 1.0 version is out, our partner operators will be able to request it for their website and players.

With the growth of eSports audience over the past few years and the rise of this new market, the company has recently boosted its eSports offering. Could you share your views on this newly emerged market on a global as well as local level? What have you learned so far from this segment and how will those learnings be reflected on your plans for the future in terms of new eSports offerings?

Esports bettors is a diverse demographic coming from many regions, but all of them share the same passion for e-betting. In 2019 BetConstruct’s offering has grown to the point when the provider has boosted its offering by separating it from Sportsbook and delivering Esports as an independent section on the homepage for its partner operators. BetConstruct has a specialised Esports department. They provide live betting on 24,000 Esport matches from around the world from 12 different Game Types. Whilst many of these were manually traded, we currently have algorithms for League of Legends and Mortal Combat, and more are in development.

Which jurisdictions currently offer the most potential for gaming growth for BetConstruct?

The US market is the next big thing. Operating here means taking into account both the legal requirements and player preferences of 50 states. It exponentially increases our work, but in the long run this market has a good potential of becoming the biggest one in the world.

In 2019, Sweden joined the number of Nordic liberalized markets. Coupled with Denmark, we believe that these two regions can give rise to endless opportunities for us, thus in the upcoming year we are going to turn an extra focus on these two markets.

What is going to be the company’s strategy to out-perform competitors next year?

BetConstruct keeps on moving in its own pace. The best strategy for us is delivering excellence to our partners and treating them all with the same respect and attention. If our partner is happy and successful it means we win as a company. 

Will BetConstruct be attending any other industry-related events soon?

Before the largest igaming gathering which is ICE Totally Gaming in London, we still have G2E Vegas and SiGMA. In fact, BetConstruct organizes a special presentation of products for the US market. On October 15 our partners, both future and existing, are invited to join us at Rockhouse a few hours ahead of SBC’s Vegas Baby party. During our presentation, we will have drinks and discussions on topics like launching an online sportsbook from scratch, Fantasy Sports landscape in the USA, the hidden potential of Social Gaming and more.
