Making waves at this year’s edition will be the company’s industry-first churn analysis feature, which automatically populates a daily report of which players have just churned. The report includes all the information a casino marketer needs to make contact immediately, before the player goes cold.

Gaming Analytics has announced it will be presenting the latest technology in artificial intelligence for gaming at the 2019 Global Gaming Expo at the Sands Expo, Las Vegas.

At Booth #5440, the company will showcase its churn analysis feature, which automatically populates a daily report of which players have just churned. The report includes all the information a casino marketer needs to make contact immediately, before the player goes cold. Gaming Analytics’ goal is to provide actionable resources for staff at all levels of education and experience.

"Find out how slot operators are making good games great with the GamingAnalytics.AI recommendation engine. Often, slot operators spend their time trying to improve low performing assets due to the limited number of hours in a day. GA recommendations give slot operators the capacity and confidence to make changes to machines that are already performing well with highly accurate predictions, maximizing the slot mix from top to bottom,” the company said in a statement. “At one casino, GA recommendations improved netWin of some of the top-performing games by an additional 123% (from 5.52x Zone Average to 6.87x Zone Average)."

Kiran Brahmandam, CEO of Gaming Analytics, will be speaking at the Innovation Lab Booth #5833 on Wednesday at 1:30pm at the education session, "Practical Applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for the Casino Gaming Industry: Customer Retention Made Easy with AI/ML." Learn how machine learning can assist with your customer retention goals at the Wednesday session.
