"Described by industry observers as ‘A showcase event that Africa can be proud of’ attendees will benefit from a program of engaging content encompassing Thought Leadership, Training, Regulation, Online vs Retail, Integrated Resorts, Branding, Marketing, Sports and eSports and much more," organizers stated.

ICE pays tribute to Edward Lalumbe

Clarion Gaming has paid tribute to Edward Lalumbe, Chief Operating Officer, Gauteng Gambling Board, whose passing was confirmed by friends and family following a tragic accident which also cost the life of his wife.

Speaking on behalf of the team at Clarion Gaming, Managing Director, Kate Chambers said: "Edward was a true vanguard in the African gaming and business industry and we enjoyed a close working relationship with him and the GGB team when they supported last year’s ICE Africa as the host gaming board of the inaugural edition. As one of the key regulators within the African gaming industry, we will be honoring Edward onsite during October's event but for the time being, we're sending condolences from the entire Clarion team. He will be greatly missed by all of those who were fortunate enough to work with him and our thoughts are with his family at this time."
