itro celebrated last week in Buenos Aires, it’s last Zitro Experience combined with the second edition of the Zitro University, in collaboration with the Universidad de Palermo (UP). Both events received customers from all over Argentina, as well as from neighbor countries such as Peru, Colombia and Paraguay. During the morning, Zitro University offered a training session, and at night, the renown Zitro Experience surprised the industry leaders of the region with its product portfolio and a high level entertainment programme.
Sebastián Salat, CEO; Alejandra Burato, Sales Director for Latin America; and Darío Snaidero, technical manager, presented Zitro's offering to the operators. Burato, who joined the company in 2016, delivered a welcome speech and then, Salat reviewed the path that led to the transformation of Zitro in the last 10 years, and defined it as "a new company that seeks to position itself as one of the leaders of the global gaming industry."
All Zitro University talks focused on how they have evolved and will continue to do so with their products to connect emotionally with the new generations of players, either through the technological innovation of their machines and land-based multi-games, or through interaction in their social casino or real money games.
Why Zitro machines are a safe bet and how to attract players were the main topics of the second speaker's dissertation, Darío Snaidero. With the guidance of the Sales and Marketing representatives of Argentina, Peru, Colombia and Paraguay, the operators of casinos and bingos that attended Zitro University had the opportunity to check what was described by Snaidero in Bryke video slots, featured in the Fusion Slant and Fusion Up Right cabinets with the panoramic sign LAP multi-games, such as Link King, Link Me or Link Shock, as well as through the enhanced versions with more LAP Blazing Pearls and Guns & Gold games. The stand-alone multi-games Pick & Win, Smart Spins, Hot Deal and Spin Hit, and the latest video bingo titles were also exhibited.
The seminar "New consumers, behavior and new technologies in the digital age", lectured by the professor of the Universidad de Palermo Patricio O'Gorman was the closure highlight of the first part of the day, which continued at night with the Zitro Experience.
At night, the Zitro authorities welcomed the staff of local and regional operators, who gathered to participate in an evening when the interaction with Zitro's products mixed with the social activities, among the main decision makers of the leading operator groups in the country.
Both Salat and Burato thanked the attendance of the guests, highlighted the support that the operators have given to the company's products, and Salat particularly remarked the transformation of the company, which left behind its profile as a simple manufacturer of bingo video machines to position itself as "a small company that competes on an equal footing with the world's largest companies when it comes to equipping the market with state-of-the-art slot machines".
Later in the evening, Zitro offered a musical show and a catering service to the guests, who accompanied the company's authorities to close an event that will soon repeat the experience in Mexico.
