hat’s your final assessment of BetConstruct’s experience at FADJA?
As every year FADJA, it is always an incredible opportunity for our company to meet local market operators and learn about their wishes and needs, as well as meet traditional customers and attract new ones. Fadja has always been a point of attraction for entrepreneurs and for those who have just started in the industry and this year was no exception. We feel that FADJA has grown significantly over the past years. Just like BetConstruct. For us FADJA is the first major expo of the year in the region which keeps on improving customer confidence within its regulated markets. In 2019 edition our stand had many visitors who were very interested in all our products. The expo was very positive for BetConstruct and we are sure that it will allow us to maintain business relationships with new long-term partners.
What feedback did you receive specifically on your Sportsbook, Live Casino offering and Casino Suite? What about your AI-powered live scouting tool AJNA?
This year has been even more spectacular for BetConstruct in Colombia, as we have not only explored the great opportunities of the Latin American market, but also FADJA has allowed us to show our exceptional variety of games. Among the products exhibited is Sportsbook certified in Colombia, the largest and liveliest offer Casino Suite with more than 5,000 games. We can not ignore our Live Casino product, which becomes more popular in this region every year, that is why we integrate more providers and present new updates. In this edition we could also show a little more of our innovative solutions such as AJNA live scouting tool. As a camera setup, it follows the players and the game action, delivering statistics immediately without the help of an operator. We really hope to continue growing not only with our current and innovative products, but mutually-beneficial partnerships with new operators and those already present in the market.
Which new demands did you identify from operators and players, and how do you approach them?
From the different meetings that we held with our partner operators, we were able to identify a desire to increase the number of live games, offer more events and more betting markets to players. The high demand appearing over the course of time challenges us to come up with new online gaming possibilities. Therefore, one of the main characteristics of BetConstruct is that we always stay true to our mission of providing spacious alternatives alongside proven services adapted to the commercial objectives of our partners.
Could you take part in FADJA’s academic activities? What learnings could you acquire?
BetConstruct also joined the academic activities of FADJA 2019 that were scheduled in the agenda during the two days of the expo. It was gratifying to see that our industry grows and a larger public was interested in these activities and the presented agenda. We have been able to deepen our knowledge and explore topics such as regulation and responsible gambling, virtual games in regulated markets, affiliation and land-based betting. As always, FADJA lets us see that the Latin American market keeps on actively evolving.
What did FADJA mean for you as a company this year in particular? What are the areas you feel you could strengthen and obtain greater competitiveness there?
For us, FADJA is always an incredible opportunity to meet industry representatives and our partner operators face-to-face. In Colombia, BetConstruct has once again demonstrated its leading position in the gaming world. This exhibition has been a great opportunity to establish long-term relationships with new partners who become our driving force for the growth of the Latin American market. BetConstruct secured its leading position in the igaming software provision for the region and we hope to continue growing not only with our current and innovative products, but with the help of our partners and their demands that will keep challenging us as software developers. That is why we will always improve our product offer to maintain our position among the strongest providers in the region.
Could you give us some insights into your strategies, partnerships and projects for the short term? What’s BetConstruct’s upcoming agenda, including other markets?
This year we have signed important partnership agreements with FashionTV Gaming Group and Arsenal Football Club. Our goal is to continue growing at a higher rate. We have been operating in the Latin American market for five years, and we expect radical changes in Argentina and Brazil soon. This year we will also lead the advances in the gaming sector. BetConstruct still has a range of events to participate in. We promise to keep all our followers updated on our agenda. On the other hand, we can say that we will continue to expand our local presence in the Latin American region, updating our technology and products in order to adapt ourselves to the regulatory demands fulfilling the desires of our partner operators at the same time. We currently have offices in Peru, Uruguay, and the United States, and with legal assistance in Brazil and Argentina, there is no doubt that as new opportunities for expansion arise, we will continue to expand our presence in other regions.
