The international trade group has approved the membership applications of five new companies, including Las Vegas-based Next Gaming and Panasonic Corporation.

he Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM), which recently released a comprehensive report on the economic impact of the global gaming supplier industry, announced Thursday that its Board of Directors has approved the membership applications of five new companies.

With these additions, the trade group comprised of the world’s leading gaming suppliers —such as AGS, Ainsworth, Aristocrat, Everi, IGT, Konami, Merkur, NOVOMATIC, and Scientific Games— now has a total of 175 members, an all-time high for the organization.

The new AGEM members are:

  • Butler Snow LLP, based in Denver, Colorado. It is a law firm with a multi-jurisdictional gaming law practice primarily involved with matters in Nevada, Mississippi, Colorado, Iowa and in Indian country
  • Entropy Cabinet Solutions, a quality slot cabinet and signage contract manufacturer with full production capabilities based in New Taipei City, Taiwan and with a location in Chicago.
  • Innovum Technologies, based in Las Vegas, makes regulatory compliance easier and less expensive for the gaming industry by automating repetitive license application, renewal and reporting processes.
  • Next Gaming, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of video and skill-based slot machines based in Las Vegas
  • Panasonic Corporation, based in Tokyo, is comprised of various business domain companies, from audio/visual to home appliances, to industrial solutions and other electronic and hospitality products.

AGEM is a non-profit international trade association representing manufacturers and suppliers of electronic gaming devices, lotteries, systems, table games, online technology, sports betting, key components and support products and services for the gaming industry.
