Interview with BetConstruct's Anna Shahbazyan, LatAm Regional Director

In an exclusive interview with Yogonet, Anna Shahbazyan highlighted BetConstruct's scouting solution, AJNA, among the many innovations the company will be displaying at the Colombian trade show.

s explained by Anna Shahbazyan, Betconstruct's AJNA consists of a single or double camera setup. As they deliver the streaming, AJNA solution does an auto field geometry detection from the video, tracking both the players and the ball position with no need for operator assistance.

LatAm's Regional Director has also stated that the company expects to continue growing not only in terms of product offerings and innovations but also in creating partnerships with current and new operators in the market.

BetConstruct is among the most prominent exhibitors that will be present at the Feria Americana de Juegos de Azar (FADJA), which will be held on April 10-11 at Corferias convention center in Bogotá, Colombia. AJNA also took center stage at ICE in February, where the tool was set in motion for everyone to see.

What innovations for LatAm markets can we expect from BetConstruct at FADJA 2019?

We have AJNA, which is so innovative that it can revolutionize sports streaming. It is a real-time video analysis tool, which tracks both the players and the ball position with no need for operator assistance. And during last ICE, attendees were able to witness a public testing of the product.

What are your key expectations for the show, regarding the number of visitors, new deals, launches, networking, and partnerships?

As always, we expect FADJA to be considerably crowded, although since the Colombian market—as well as its operators—have now become much more consolidated, we expect fewer but more productive visits than on previous editions.

What do you think visitors will be looking to talk to BetConstruct about, especially regarding Colombia’s prospects and emerging markets?

Our business partners are always expecting major innovations from BetConstruct and this year, we will speak about that, as well as about our partnerships with the Fashion TV Gaming Group and Premier League's Arsenal Football Club.

What are the areas you are looking to strengthen and obtain greater competitiveness in LatAm, and how are you planning to do that?

We know we are market leaders for a reason: we have never rested on our laurels, we are constantly innovating and enhancing our product offering, especially regarding sports betting, which is still the strongest sector in the region.

We have been market leaders for many years, and we hope to continue growing not only in terms of our current product offering but also in increasing the number of partnerships with new and well-established operators. BetConstruct is always looking to grow by means of hard work and product excellence.

What are your strategies to leverage iGaming momentum in LatAm emerging markets such as Brazil, Argentina, and Peru?

We will continue expanding our local presence in each one of these countries, updating our technologies and products, and making the necessary adaptations to each region. We have offices in Peru, as well as legal counseling in Brazil and Argentina, so we will continue expanding in accordance with local regulations.
